




In our experience, the following levels of service are requested the most, but we can create a custom suite to accommodate your needs and budget. A detailed description will be provided.
Á La Carte
If you would like to plan the details of your event yourself, but would like a professional to answer your questions, point you in the right direction or provide professional vendor recommendations, we are available on an hourly basis.
“Day of” Director/Coordinator
This level offers “day of” coordination. For the couple who has already taken care of the wedding planning and wedding day schedule but would like the reassurance of having a professional coordinator to assist with the rehearsal set-up, ceremony and/or reception. We require the client to provide detailed information on all aspects of their event.
“Month of” Coordinator
This level offers “month of” coordination for the couple who has already taken care of the wedding planning but would like to ensure that all the hours they have invested in the planning will be fulfilled in an organized and successful day. This includes coordination from two months out to the wedding date, a detailed wedding day schedule, vendor confirmations and vendor referrals for those not yet secured. Also includes “Day of” Services.
Partial Planning
This level of service is designed for the couple who wants to handle most or all of the details, but would like to have a professional wedding consultant available to assist them throughout the planning process. They would also like to save time and the hassle of locating and researching qualified vendors to match their style and budget.
Full Planning
If you need a professional to handle all the details of an event, from finding the perfect event venue to locating the right shade of ribbon, schedule an appointment with us. We will meet with you to discuss your needs and prepare a proposal to determine the cost of full-service consulting and planning.
